CORPORATE GOVERNANCE 

We prioritise correct business practices in line with our company values. Our governance principles are bundled in the corporate governance charter and our code of conduct, which also bundle Xior's policies. 

ETHICS & INTEGRITY

We highly value integrity, and follow it closely within the company:

  • All employees receive annual ethics training 
  • Board-level Ethics & ESG committee that monitors the various policies 
  • Strong anti-bribery & anti-corruption policy 
  • Human rights policy

Xior is committed to doing business honestly and correctly at all times, communicating openly and reporting as fully and transparently as possible.
